(1)全球气候变化与根际生态学:以根系生命活动为核心,探究高寒森林生态系统根系-土壤-微生物互作机制及其对环境变化的响应;在大尺度上,探究根际功能性状与种群分布格局及其环境之间的内在关系。      

(2)退化生态系统恢复与保护学:以西南山地退化生态系统为对象,基于生态系统种间关系、物质循环等生态过程的基础研究,研发攻关退化生态系统结构优化和功能提升的技术体系。
